the check-in process was super smooth ,and i got a room in the a1 block on the 3rd floor. i was wowed by the cleanliness and modern design! the air conditioning worked perfectly, even with the balcony door open. i thoroughly enjoyed the celebrations package with a lovely bed decor, wine glasses, and a heart-shaped cake!

the walk to calis had some untidy parts with litter. i saw cigarette ends strewn on public beach areas.

the pools are very clean and not too deep ,maxing out at 140cm. a private beach features comfy beds and a brand-new beach club-style bar. there is a constant supply of bottled water and towels.

the room included a mini-bar ,a safety box ,and also four sunbeds. the room had super silent air conditioning working. the celebration package contained bed decor, wine glasses, and a heart-shaped cake with a note from the hotel.

bars stay open nearly nonstop ,including a 24-hour bar providing soups ,sandwiches ,drinks ,and desserts. the main restaurant is large ,and drinks are served right at the tables. the breakfast begins at 8:00 and is not busy, with a great selection.

I found the staff helpful. our room was upgraded. the hotel features a beach with available entertainment. there are shops onsite. A barber, a market, a bag store, and a jewelry store were available. i observed eco-friendly practices. The resort houses its own cats and dogs. the grounds were super clean. bottled water and towels were available non-stop. i also found the staff to be smiling and helpful.

The reception was efficient, and staff ensured a smooth check-in. drinks were served promptly at tables in the main restaurant. poolside service offered by staff was attentive. I always saw smiling faces. the personnel is friendly and service oriented!

The main restaurant is huge. I observed drinks being served directly to the tables. a 24-hour bar provided soups, sandwiches, drinks, and desserts. i ate at the beach, and i found food available until 8.30pm. the food is divers and delicious.
